Platinum palladium prints of vanishing cultures and landscapes. Limited-edition concert photography from the rooms where the music happened. Every print produced by the photographer.
Chuck Jones is an expert platinum palladium printer. The process yields prints with a tonal range and archival permanence that digital cannot approach. Most editions are limited to a single print. Subjects span seven years documenting San Miguel de Allende, New Mexico landscapes, and the textures of disappearing places.
Chuck Jones photographed the bands at close range during the formative years of American rock. Five distinct collections, 183 limited-edition prints, each $395. Printed on archival fine art paper, signed and numbered.
Every platinum palladium print is hand-coated, hand-exposed under UV light, and hand-processed. The emulsion embeds directly in the paper fiber rather than sitting on the surface. The result has no silver, no dyes, and an archival life measured in centuries.
Prints are produced by the photographer in a working studio in Chimayo, New Mexico. No lab intermediaries. No digital re-prints of the editions marked one-of-one.
